Update Existing Approval Workflow

Instructions

  • Sign into your account.
  • Select one of the tenants.
  • Go to the “ACCESS REQUESTS” section on the left side of the screen.
  • Select “APPROVAL WORKFLOWS” on the left side of the screen.
  • Click on the gear wheel Settings button next to the Approval Workflow you want to edit.

  • You can edit the User Role’s Name, Description, and Approve Within timeframe.
  • You can also select or remove an Access Approval Email Template, an Access Rejection Email Template, and Approver Groups.

  • Click the SAVE button.
