Update Existing Approval Workflow
Instructions
- Sign into your account.
- Select one of the tenants.
- Go to the “ACCESS REQUESTS” section on the left side of the screen.
- Select “APPROVAL WORKFLOWS” on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the gear wheel Settings button next to the Approval Workflow you want to edit.
- You can edit the User Role’s Name, Description, and Approve Within timeframe.
- You can also select or remove an Access Approval Email Template, an Access Rejection Email Template, and Approver Groups.
