Create a New Access Request Template

Instructions

  • Sign into your account.
  • Select the desired tenant.
  • Go to the “ACCESS REQUESTS” section on the left side of the screen.
  • Select “REQUEST TEMPLATES” on the left side of the screen.

  • All the way on the right, clik on the ADD NEW button.

  • Enter an Access Request Name and Description.
  • Select an Application for your template.
  • Select the Access Type you want to use. RBAC is role-based, and UMA is user-managed.
  • Select the Group you want to add to your Access Request.
  • Select an Approval Workflow.
  • If you would like to send an email to the group you are adding, select an Email Template.

  • Preview your email to the group, if applicable, with the Preview button.

  • Click the SAVE button.
